中西医结合治疗踝部骨折150例

Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Ankle Fractures 150 Cases

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗踝部骨折效果。方法:经手法复位、夹板固定、袜套悬吊牵引、按骨折3期辨证治疗,随访0.7-7.0a。结果:优良91例(70%),尚可22例(17%),差17例(13%)。结论:中西医结合治疗踝部骨折愈合快,功能恢复好,患者痛苦少,医疗费用低。

Objective：Through combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment ankle fractures 156 cases were analyzed,to observe the ankle fractures treated with combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Methods：The reduction,plywood,MoTao suspension traction,fixed by fractures treated.Results：13 cases got the longest follow-up of 7.0 years,the shortest 0.7 years,on average,excellent 91 for 70%,22 cases accounted of 17%,17 cases ineffective for 13%.Conclusion：Fractures healed faster,functional recovery,with less painful,medical costs low.
