Content Determination of Dan to Liquid Zhongyuan Catechu Aldehyde of Lianqian Granule

目的:通过测定连茜冲剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量,有效控制其质量。方法:薄层扫描法。结果:加样回收率分别为99.48%、99.74%、99.41%、99.81%、98.07%。结论:薄层扫描法测定连茜冲剂中盐酸小檗碱方法简单准确、重现性好。

Objective：To detect the content of Dan to oral liquid,effective control of liquid formulation quality.Methods：TLC scanning method.Results：the recovery was 99.48%,99.74%,99.41%,99.81% and 98.07%.Conclusion：the method is simple,rapid proto-catechuic aldehyde,high sensitivity and reproducible.
