Objective：To explore the clinical application experience of ancient and modern using shanglou in treating edema.Methods：Through the access to information,collecting some clinical application of land treatment experience in treating edema using shanglou,in the clinical application of better land.Results and Conclusion：The effect of shanglu is good so as to provide reference.
