丁香柿蒂汤治疗腹部手术后并发顽固性呃逆疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Dingxiangshidi Decoction in the Treatment of Abdominal Surgery with Intractable Hiccups

目的:观察丁香柿蒂汤治疗腹部手术后并发顽固性呃逆临床疗效。方法:50例确诊病例,给予丁香柿蒂汤,每日1剂,水煎服,服药1-5d。结果:50例,痊愈38例,显效7例,好转3例,无效2例,治愈率为76%,有效率为96%。结论:丁香柿蒂汤治疗腹部手术后并发顽固性呃逆临床疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of abdominal surgery in treating intractable hiccups.Methods：All 50 patients diagnosed cases were treated by Dingxiangshidi decoction.watering,q.d through 1-5 days treatment.Result：38 patients recovered,and markedly effective 7 cases,3 cases improved and ineffective 2 cases,the cure rate for 76%,efficient 96%.Conclusion：Clinical curative effect of Dingxiangshidi decoction in the treatment of abdominal surgery with intractable hiccups was satisfaction.
