中西医结合治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床研究

Clinical Research of Peripheral Facial Pals with Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:55例患者随机分为两组,对照组27例,用单纯西药治疗;治疗组28例,在对照组基础上加用针灸、中药共同治疗,7d为1个疗程,3个疗程后进行比较。结果:对照组痊愈11例,显效8例,有效5例,无效3例,痊愈率为40.7%,痊愈疗程(26.09±2.41)d;治疗组分别为28例,17例,7例,3例,1例,60.0%;(23.97±3.68)d。两组比较,治疗组在痊愈率和痊愈疗程上均优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To abserve the efficacy ofintergrated Troditional Chinese and Western medicine in the tretment of Peripheral Facial Pals.Methods：55 cases patients were divided randomly into two groups：treatment group and controlled group.The controlled group treated with Western medicine,while the treatment group treated with acupuncture and troditonal Chinese medicine based on the method of controlled group treated.Compared efficacy of two groups after 3 courses of treatment.Results：27 controlled groups：cured 11 cases,markedly effective 8 cases,valid 5 cases,invalid 3 cases,recovery rate 40.7%,recovery course of treatment 26.09 ± 2.41.While 28 cases treatment group in turn：17 cases,7cases,3 cases,1 cases,60%,23.97 ± 3.68.Compared the two groups,the treatment group advanced the controlled group either cure rate or recovery course.Conclution：Intergrated Troditional Chinese and Western medicine in the tretment of Peripheral Facial Pals has significant efficacy,should be popularized in clinial.
