摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤临床应用临床疗效。方法:临床观察应用补阳还五汤治疗眩晕(颈椎病)、面神经麻痹、脑血管病后遗症等疑难杂症,临证辨证加减。结果:临床效果良好。结论:王清任补阳还五汤益气活血、祛风通络、补虚。
Objective：To research the clinical application and effect of buyanghuanwu tang.Methods：Clinical observation of buyanghuanwu decoction in the treatment of cervical vertigo,facial palsy,cerebrovascular sequela disease and difficulty miscellaneous disease and syndrome.Results：Clinical effect is good.Conclusion：Buyanghuanwu tang of Wang Qingren have the effects which are as follows：tonifying qi and active blood circulation,dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians,reinforce weak.
