葛根芩连汤加减治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Gegenqinlian Decoction in Treating Dampess and Heat Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察葛根芩连汤加减治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:80例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组40例,采用葛根芩连汤加减治疗;对照组40例,给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗。两组均以28d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤加减治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床效果显著。

Objective：To observe the effect of Gegenqinlian Decoction in treating Dampess and heat ulcerative colitis therapy.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 40 patients treated with Pueraria,Scutellaria and Coptis,Control group 40 patients received levofloxacin capsule.4 weeks is a course of treatment.Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,control group was 70.0%.Conclusion：Gegenqinlian decoction of Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect in treating ulcerative colitis.
