摘要
目的:观察活血化瘀,清热解毒类中药配伍治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:采用自拟消癥灵(当归、丹参、穿山甲、金银花、连翘等)配合药渣外敷;并设立西药抗生素为对照组。结果:各组观察患者50例,治疗组有效率96%,对照组86%。有显著差异,P<0.01。结论:中药口服外敷联合治疗慢性盆腔炎作用持久,疗效显著。
Objective：Observation of blood circulation,clearing away heat and damp heat stasis Chinese Herbal combination on the efficacy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：Spirit by self xiao zheng ling.The establishment of the daughter of capsules for the control group gynecology.Results and Conclution：Xiaozhengtang was a safe and reliable prescription with lasting effect for Clinical application,with therapeutic effect of treatment group much better than that of control group.Observed 50 patients in each group.
