三联疗法治疗婴幼儿听力障碍临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Sanlian Therapy for Infant Hearing Impairment

目的:观察三联疗法治疗婴幼儿听力障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准和纳入标准的听力障碍患儿240例,随机分为2组:治疗组120例(采用针灸,推拿及穴位注射治疗),对照组120例(采用听力训练康复治疗并配合肌肉注射药物治疗)。临床观察指标:采用脑干听觉诱发电位检查。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗后听阈比较,治疗后总的疗效显示治疗组180例患耳,有效率95.56%;对照组172例患耳,有效率75.00%。结论:三联疗法是促进婴幼儿听力障碍康复的有效治疗方法。

Objective：To research the effect of sanlian therapy infant hearing impairment.Methods：Hearing impairment children 240 were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group in 120 patients（by acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,acupuncture therapy）,120 patients in the control group（using the hearing training rehabilitation and cooperate with drug therapy）.Doing clinical observation indexes：the brainstem auditory brainstem auditory evoked potentials（evoked potentials,BAEP）.Results：Treatment group and control group after treatment,after treatment,the total curative treatment groups showed total 180 cases of ears,markedly effective 70 cases,effective102 patients,the total effective rate was 95.56% ;172 cases have ears,powerfully 54 cases,75,invalid 43 cases failure;the total effective was 75.00%.Conclusion：Sanlian therapy is to promote infant hearing impairment of rehabilitation.
