摘要
目的:探讨颞颌关节炎的有效治疗手段。方法:采用针灸结合微波治疗33例颞颌关节炎患者(治疗组),与单纯微波治疗29例(对照组)作临床观察。结果:治疗组有效率87.88%,对照组有效率58.62%;治疗组治愈率42.42%,对照组治愈率24.14%。两组有效率、治愈率组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合微波治疗颞颌关节炎疗效较理想。
Objective：To explore the effective treatment of temporal jaws arthritis.Methods：33 cases of temporal jaws arthritis were treated by the acupuncture therapy with microwave（group）,and the simple common microwave in treating 29 patients（control group） for clinical observation.Results：treatment group and control group were respectively 87.88%,58.62%,cure rate of treatment group and control were respectively 42.42 %,24.14%.efficient and cure rate of Two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the acupuncture treat arthritis with microwave is an ideal effect.
