针灸结合特定电磁波治疗跟骨刺炎性疼痛临床观察

目的:探求针灸与特定电磁波结合治疗跟骨刺炎性疼痛疗效。方法:采用中国传统针灸术结合现代特定电磁波灯针刺和理疗患者足底疼痛区,以通经活络、改善局部循环。结果:症状完全缓解者70%,有效率100%。结论:针刺结合特定电磁波治疗跟骨增生性炎性疼痛是通过通经活络、调节经气,促进局部血液循环、解除局部组织代谢障碍、改善神经功能、促进炎症的吸收和消散,以恢复正常功能,消除疼痛。

Objective：The pain of hyperplastic and inflammatory calcaneus is one of common symptoms on clinic.Explore effect of treat this symptoms with acupuncture combine TDP lamp.Method：Use the way of traditional acupuncture combine modern TDP lamp treatment on position of pain heel of patients,improve the local blood circulation and tissue metabolize,dredge meridians.Result：thorough remission rate 70% ;effective rate 100%.Conclusion：Acupuncture combine TDP treating the pain of hyperplastic and inflammatory calcaneus is profited from dredge meridians、regulate channel＇s＂qi＂,promote local blood circulation、remove metabolic obstruction of local tissue,improve nervous function,Render absorb and relieve effuse inflammation,cause to local tissue recove normal function,finally reach to the purpose of dispel pain.
