中医药研究应用基因芯片技术相关文献分析

Technology Related Literature Analysis of Chinese Medicine Research and Application of Gene Microarray

目的:总结中医药研究应用基因芯片技术的经验和成果,使该技术更好地为中医药研究服务。方法:从2001.01-2008.12年维普中文科技期刊数据库下载相关文献,从发表时间、研究领域、芯片平台、样品情况、杂交方法、数据挖掘方法等方面进行整理分析。结果:应用基因芯片技术进行中医药研究论文数目呈逐年上升趋势,研究涉及中医证候、诊断、中药药理、药效等多个领域;多个基因芯片平台被利用于研究,主要为cDNA芯片;样品数量较少、多混合样品杂交,缺乏技术、生物重复和其他方法确认差异基因;数据分析方法单一,缺乏必要的聚类和生物信息学分析。结论:中医药研究应用基因芯片技术已涉及多个领域,但尚处于尝试阶段,技术和方法需要进一步完善。

Objective：In order to summarize the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） research application microarray technical background and the achievement,causes this technology to serve well for the TCM research.Methods：Downloaded related literature from VIP Chinese science and technology periodical database in 2001.01-2008.12.Reorganized and analyzed to it from issue time,research area,chip platform,sample situation,hybrid method,data mining method,and so on.Results：The paper number of TCM research using the microarray technology in the trend of escalation year by year,the research involves many domains including the TCM Syndrome,diagnosis,pharmacology,drug efficacy.Many microarray platform is used in the research,mainly the cDNA chip.There are many flaws in the research,for example sample quantity are few,the multi-biased sample hybrid,lacks the technology and biology repeated trial and other method to confirm difference gene.Simultaneously,the data analysis method is unitary,lacks the essential cluster and the biological information sciences analysis.Conclusion：The TCM research has involved many domains using the microarray technology,but was still at the attempt stage,the technology and the method need to further consummate.
