摘要
系统研究了锦纶细旦丝后加工的工艺参数及设备部件材质结构,结果表明,在丝速600 m/min、拉伸倍数1.255、D/Y比1.6、热箱温度175℃的工艺条件下,采用陶瓷阻捻器及聚氨酯摩擦盘,可加工出性能良好的弹力丝,丝束强度达到3.71 cN/dtex,伸度为20.8%。
This paper studied process parameters and equipment part materials for afterprocessing of nylon fine denier elastic yarn.The results show that using ceramic twist blockage and polyurethane friction plate,under the conditions of spinning speed of 600 m/min,drawing ratio of 1.255,D/Y of 1.6,and heat bin temperature of 175℃,an elastic yarn with good performance can be produced,tow strength reaches 3.71cN/dtex,and elongation is 20.8%.
