在复习肺炎中医古代文献、西医发病机理的基础上,结合临床研究、试验研究,提出痰热闭肺证本质是肿瘤坏死因子等细胞因子失衡假说,认为热毒、痰、瘀作用于机体,TGF-β1、PDGF-BB、TNF-α等细胞因子的基因表达相对增强、生物学活性相对升高,引起了细胞因子网络整体性紊乱,从而出现了肺炎痰热闭肺证。本假说的提出是用现代科学理论阐明中医证本质的有益探索。

Based on the study of ancient TCM literature and modern western medicine pathology of viral pneumonia,combining with clinical investigation and experimental research,we put forward a hypothesis about essential qualities of accumulation of phlegm-heat in lung syndrome of viral pneumonia is the disequilibrium of cytokines such as TGF-β1,PDGF-BB and TNF-α.This work will contribute to reveal the essential qualities of syndrome.
