摘要
目的:观察并比较长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳水提物的药理作用,为长柱十大功劳的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸扭体法、番泻叶致小鼠腹泻法、异硫氰酸萘酯所致肝损伤模型,并对长柱十大功劳水提物进行急性毒性试验。结果:两种十大功劳水提物都具有抗炎、镇痛、止泻、保肝利胆的作用,长柱十大功劳水提物止泻作用优于阔叶十大功劳水提物,其最大给药量为402.00 g.kg-1。结论:长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳水提物药理作用相近,提示其药用价值有深入研究的必要。
Objective: To observe and compare the long columns leaved Mahonia Mahonia and the pharmacological effects of aqueous extract for the long column Mahonia provide the basis for the development and utilization.Methods: The mouse ear edema and acetic acid writhing,senna induced diarrhea law,naphthyl isothiocyanate ester induced liver injury model,and the long column of water extract of Mahonia of acute toxicity test.Results: The aqueous extract of Mahonia has anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antidiarrheal,protective and choleretic effect,long column of water extract of Mahonia better than the broad-leaved Mahonia antidiarrheal effect of water extract The maximum dose volume of 402.00 g.kg-1.Conclusion: The long columns and broad-leaved Mahonia Mahonia similar pharmacological effects of aqueous extract,suggesting that its medicinal value in-depth research necessary.
