目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定血栓心脉宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×2.50 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.5%甲酸溶液(30∶9∶61),流速:1.0m L/min,检测波长:286 nm。结果:丹酚酸B在0.29-2.94μg线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.25%,RSD%=0.54%(n=5)。结论:本方法分离效果好、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a high performance liquid chromatography thrombosis Xinmaining Sal B capsule contents.Methods： ZORBAX SB-C18 column（4.6 mm×2.50 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase： methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% formic acid（30∶9∶61）,flow rate： 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength： 286 nm.Results： Sal B in the 0.29-2.94 μg good linear relationship,r= 0.9999,average recovery was 99.25%,RSD%=0.54%（n=5）.Conclusion： The method separation is good,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the preparation of quality control.
