摘要
广西通过大力打造食用菌优势产业,现已将食用菌产业打造成为在全国占有相当分量的重大经济作物产业群,成为广西农业增效、农民增收的支柱产业。通过开展不同栽培技术对蘑菇产量的影响研究,发现大棚二次发酵栽培技术虽投入成本相对较高,但是产出大,是今后开展蘑菇标准化、规模化生产的有效技术保障。
The edible fungi industry as a superiority industry in Guangxi is highly supported, has become a economic crop group oc- cupied a high rate in the country, and increase agriculture benefit and farmers income. This paper researched the effects of various cultivation techniques to fungus yielding. It is concluded that greenhouse secondary fermentation cultivation technique cost more than the normal technique, but get much higher yield. It will be efficient guarantee technique for fungus large scale and standard product in the future.
