摘要
1例64a男性患者,因前列腺增生症并急性尿潴留,行尿道前列腺等离子电切术后,给予静脉滴注5%葡萄糖注射液500mL＋注射用脂溶性维生素（Ⅱ）1支,约1min后患者突觉不适,头昏,嗜睡,桡动脉脉搏弱,四肢湿冷,皮肤潮红并瘙痒,立即停用脂溶性维生素（Ⅱ）,2-3min后出现意识不清,BP60/40mmHg,HR50次·min-1,诊断为药物过敏性休克,经抗过敏及对症治疗1.5h后,患者意识恢复,皮肤过敏症状消失,预后良好。
A 64-year-old male patient with prostate hyperplasia accompanied by acute urinary retention received fat-soluble vitamin for injection （Ⅱ） dissolved in 500 mL of 5% glucose injection after plasma kinetic transurethral resection of prostate. One minute later, the patient felt discomfort suddenly, and showed dizziness, somnolence, weak radial artery pulse, cold clammy limbs, skin flush with pruritus. So fat-soluble vitamin for injection （Ⅱ） was discontinued immediately. After 2-3 minutes, he appeared unconsciousness, with blood pressure of 60/40 mmHg and heart rate of 50 beats per minute. It was diagnosed as anaphylactic shock. Receiving antianaphylaxis and symptomatic treatment for one and a half hours, the patient recovered consciousness, and anaphylactic symptoms of skin disappeared.
