After carrying out the new edition of ＂The People＇s Republic of China on Seafarers Competence Assessment Framework and Norms＂, the content of Seafarers Competence Assessment has been increased, and the way of organizing examination questions has been changed. To study and develop ＂seafarers assessment cards management system based on the MICROSO^I＂ OFFICE features＂ can meet the new requirement of the assessment.
