酒石酸美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Metoprolol on Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察酒石酸美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将37例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,对照组18例给予内科常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组19例在常规治疗的基础上加用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗。治疗前后观察静息心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心功能级别、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心脏指数(CI)。结果两组患者的各项指标在治疗后均较治疗前有明显改善,但实验组较常规治疗组改善更为显著,其临床疗效优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论酒石酸美托洛尔可明显改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能,是一种安全、有效的临床治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effects of metoprolol for congestive heart failure. MethodsThirty-seven patients with congestive heart failure（cardiac function NYHAⅡ-Ⅲ class） were divided randomly into two groups： treatment group（19 cases） and control group（18 cases）.The routine therapy for the two groups was the same,the only difference was that for the treatment group,metoprolol was added.The observable factors such as heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart functional class,left ventricle end-diastole diameter,left ventricle ejection fraction,cardiac index and so on,were collected for both groups. Results After treatment,the observable factors in both groups were improved significently.However,the improvement in the treatment group was markedly superior to that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol is an effective medicine for congestive heart failure on the basis of routine therapy.
