Path Analysis of the Social Responsibility of the Enterprise Construction

本文首先介绍了企业社会责任的理论内涵,并从企业社会责任标准体系、企业社会责任意识等4个方面分析了中国企业社会责任管理的现状。最后,对中国企业社会责任管理体系建设提出了4项政策建议。

At first, this paper introduces the connotation of the theory of social responsibility of the enterprise. From the social responsibility of the enterprise standard system, corporate social responsibility consciousness four aspects, the present situation of social responsibility management of the enterprise is analyzed. Finally, four policy recommendations is put forward, for the Chinese social responsibility management system of the enterprise
