摘要
设计了一种新型的电容-频率-周期转换接口电路。这种电路分辨率高、复现性好、呈良好的线性关系,适用于各种电容测量接口电路。从理论上分析了这种接口电路的构成和基本原理,对大量的实验数据进行了处理和分析,并对电路的各个参数进行了优化。
A new interace circuit for converting capacitance to frequency to period was designed. It has high resolution,good repeatability and linearity. It can be suitable for a variety of capacitance measuring interface circuit. In this paper its construction and principle were theoretically analyzed. A large number of test data was processed and analyzed, and the parameters of the circuit were optimized.
