摘要
对陕西电网的结构进行了理论到实际状况的分析,认为陕西电网不适合划分为330 kV和110 kV两个独立的电网管理,得出陕西电网的特点不适合进行输配电改革的结论。
This paper analyzes the status of Shaanxi power grid form the theory to the practice,indicates that the separate power grid management of 330 kV and 110 kV is unsuitable for shaanxi power grid,and concludes that shaanxi power grid is in no condition to implement power transmission and distribution reform.
