摘要
为了研究电力设备内部故障点与设备外表面温度分布的关系,以及为了满足"国家电网公司高压电气设备状态检测技能竞赛"中红外测试项目在场地内进行的要求,开发了一套高精度的温度控制装置,通过人工设置模拟热故障实现了对在运电力设备真实故障的仿真。实际测试发现,模拟故障的发热特征与实际运行设备具有较高的相似性。
To study the relationship between the inner fault of power equipments and the temperature distribution in its exterior surface,a high precision temperature-controlling instrument is developed in this paper.The thermal fault of the power equipments in service could be simulated by using this instrument,and the thermal characteristic of analog fault has high similarity with it in service.
