随着风力发电技术的快速发展,海上风力发电已成为世界可再生能源发展的关注焦点。从海上风力发电的发展历程、现状、技术体系以及中国发展风力发电的优势和面临的困难等方面,阐述了目前中国开发海上风力发电的技术可行性,为未来中国大型海上风电场的建设提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of wind power technology,offshore wind power has become the focus of renewable energy development that the world is paying close attention to.In this paper,from the development,status,technical system of the offshore wind power as well as the advantages and difficulties of developing the offshore wind power in China,the technical feasibility to develop the offshore wind power at present was demonstrated.
