肛门瘙痒症3种治疗方法疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of perianal pruritus with 3 different modes

目的:比较肛门瘙痒症的不同治疗方法疗效及复发情况。方法:将225例肛门瘙痒症患者随机分为三组,分别采用①复方地塞米松软膏组;②长效麻醉封闭疗法+太宁栓+口服中药组;③长效麻醉封闭+太宁栓+肛周皮下神经"#"状切断术+口服中药组进行治疗。结果:(1)一疗程(2周)后②、③组较①组疗效(P<0.05);②、③组之间疗效比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)6个月后,①组较②、③组易复发,有显著性差异,(P<0.01),②、③之间比较,③组较②组复发率低,有显著差异(P<0.05)。

Objective：To compare the efficacy and recurrence of perianal pruritus with different way. Methods：The 225 patients with perianal pruritus were randomly divided into 3 groups,which were treated with dexamethasone cream, long effect lasting narcotic and Tainingshuan and oral traditional Chinese medicine, long effect lasting narcotic and amputation of perianal nerve and Tainingshuan respectively. Results：The efficacy of group1 was higher than group2 or granp3. After 2 -6 months, group 1 and group 3 were easy to recur,the recurrence rate of group3 was lower than group 2 （ P 〈0.01 ）.
