基层医务人员艾滋病职业暴露防护工作存在的问题与对策

艾滋病感染者逐年增加,医务人员的暴露危险性也在增加。艾滋病职业暴露危险性包括皮肤损伤和粘膜损伤等途径,主观上存在对职业暴露危险性认识不足、防护措施不到位也是职业暴露的原因。因此,应遵照标准预防原则,严格执行操作规程,职业暴露后应及时正确处理,避免工作中因职业暴露感染艾滋病病毒。

The number of HIV infected people was increased year by year,so the risk factors on grass-roots medical personnel for HIV occupational exposure also were increased.The risk factors for HIV occupational exposure included skin or mucosal injury,furthermore the inadequate subjective awareness and inadequate protective measures on this question contributed to the HIV occupational exposure.In order to avoid the HIV occupational exposure,the medical personnel should comply with the standard precautionary principle for HIV,and strictly carry out the operating rules,and deal with it timely and correctly after HIV occupational exposure.
