肱骨外科颈骨折临床分析

目的:讨论和分析28例肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:本院自2000年1月-2006年1月,笔者所在医院收治了肱骨外科颈骨折的28例。所有28例中有移位的12例,这12例的治疗是应用经皮穿针固定治疗8例,加压内固定治疗4例。结果:本组28例随访半年至1年,优良率88%。结论:经皮穿针固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效肯定,它具有取针方便、手术时间很短等特点,值得临床推广,如是老年患者应考虑此种方法治疗。

Objective：Discuss and analysis about clinical curative effect for 28 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods：From 2000.1 to 2006.1.receive 28 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus,12 cases of displacement among them use treatment of percu-taneous pinning fixation and compression screw internal fixation.Result：28 cases follow up half to one year,fineness rate is 88%.Conclusion：The operation of percutaneous pinning fixation damage little,need short time,not need long-term external fixation after operation,is easy to take needle.is the first choose to the elderly.To the patients of closed replacement failure,or young patients request more,or patients with blood vessel and nen7e injury.or patients affiliated with shoulder dislocation,should adopt the means of open reduction compression screw internal fixation.
