某复方过氧化氢消毒剂消毒性能观察

目的:采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某种复方过氧化氢消毒剂杀菌效果进行了试验观察。结果:有30g/L过氧化氢消毒剂,可以作用于金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,药物灭菌效果好,杀灭对数值均为>5.0。用含30g/L过氧化氢的该消毒剂进行擦拭消毒10min,大肠杆菌污染到了桌子上的对数值>3.00。结论:此消毒剂灭菌效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：In order to know the disinfection p roperty of a compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant,suspension quantita tive germicidal test was used to carry out experimental observation on its germicidal efficacy.Results：The average reduction factor （log10） of S taphy lococcus au reus and Escherich ia coli exposed to the compound disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 30g/L for 5 min was 5.0.Wiping disinfection with the disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 30g/L for 10 min reduced Escherich ia coli on table surface by a logarithm of〉3.00.Conclusions：The compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant had good germicidal efficacy.
