摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌保乳手术中切缘印片细胞学检查判断切缘情况的准确性。方法:2004年8月至2008年9月乳腺癌保乳手术共13例,术中对切缘进行印片细胞学检查,将其结果与术后病理进行对比。结果:13例术中切缘印片细胞学检查均为阴性,与术后病理对比完全相符。全部病例随访至今,中位随访时间31个月,均未复发和转移。结论:乳腺癌保乳手术中切缘使用印片细胞学检查,准确、安全、经济、可行。
Objective：To explore the accuracy of printed cytology in the lump margin of conservation surgery for breast cancer.Methods：13 cases of conservation surgery for breast cancer of glass,and then compare cytology diagnosis with pathology slices diagnosis.Results：All cases were negative and there is no difference between printed cytology diagnosis and pathology slices diagnosis.13 cases were followed-up after treatment,the middle follow-up time is thirteen months,and all of them were no recurred and metastasized.Conclusion：The printed cytology in the lump margin of conservation surgery for breast cancer is accurate,safety,economical and feasible.
