胸腰椎骨折是脊柱创伤中的一种常见损伤,且常合并脊髓损伤及其它系统的并发症,及时的治疗和护理及术后康复才能最大限度地恢复病人机体功能,提高病人生活质量。因此,胸腰椎骨折护理工作的重点和难点在于如何在围手术期有效地帮助病人树立战胜疾病的信心,预防并发症的发生,最大限度的降低可能发生的病残率,提高病人生活质量。本文介绍了我院科室护理人员在胸腰椎骨折手术围手术期对病人实施的护理,以及取得的临床效果。

Thoracic and licmbar bone broken is one kind of common fracture, usually combinating with spinal cord injury and other complications. Timely treatment, nursing and postoperative rehabilitation are the foundation of cure. Therefore, the focus and the difficult part of the perioperative nursing work is how to improve the patients＂ confidence conquering disease, prevent the complications, reduce possible morbidity utmost, and improve the quality of life of patients finally. In this article,we introduced the nursing work carried on, and the clinical Results already got.
