蒙脱石散治疗压疮的护理体会

The montmorillonite disperses the treatment to press sore's clinical nursing to realize

目的:探讨蒙脱石散治疗压疮的疗效。方法:通过对2008年7月至2010年3月来我院住院患压疮Ⅱ期-Ⅲ期的60例病人进行随机分组,观察组和对照组各30例,观察组使用生理盐水调成糊状的蒙脱石涂于压疮表面,外用无菌纱布覆盖包扎,每日换药1次;对照组在压疮创面使用丹麦生产的康惠尔溃疡贴覆盖,每2～3日换药1次。结果:观察组平均治愈天数6d,对照组治愈天数8d,两组治愈天数有差异性。观察组治愈率83.3%,对照组73.3%,两组比较P值(0.05,两组比较差异有显著意义。结论:蒙脱石散治疗Ⅱ期-Ⅲ期压疮疗效好,经济实惠,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of montmorillonite powder in pressure sores treatments.Methods：A prospective clinical randomized controlled trial was conducted.60 cases of inpatients with stage Ⅱ to Ⅲ pressure sores in our hospital from July 2008 to March 2010 were treated by montmorillonite powder paste （observation group） or Comfeel plus ulcer dressing of Danish Coloplast Corporation （control group）.Results：The average days of healing of observation group were shorter （6 days） than that of control group （8 days）,there were significant difference in two groups.The cure rate was 83.3% for observation group and 73.3% for control group,there were significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Montmorillonite powder had good effect on treatments of patients with stage Ⅱ to Ⅲ pressure sores.It is economical,practical and worth being utilized widely.
