急性颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶及肿瘤坏死因子含量的检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨颅脑损伤患者脑脊液(CSF)中,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量与脑损伤的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定了广泛脑挫裂伤伴脑内血肿、脑挫裂伤、硬膜外小血肿共50例颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中的NSE及TNF-α含量,并与20例非颅脑损伤患者做对比。结果:病例组患者CSF中NSE及TNF-α均高于对照组(P分别<005,001)。广泛脑挫裂伤伴脑内血肿、脑挫裂伤、硬膜外小血肿组间NSE及TNF-α含量有显著性差异(P均<005)。结论:颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中的NSE及TNF-α含量增高,其上升水平与脑损伤类型及损伤程度有关。 Objective:To study the relationship between the degree of brain injury and alteration of CSF NSE and TNF-α levels in patients with acute head injury.Methods:Neuro-specific enolase(NSE)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)were measured by using Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay(ELISA)technique in 50 patients with extensive contusion and laceration of brain, intracerebral hematoma, and extradural hematoma and in 20 controls.Results:The levels of CSF NSE and TNF-α patients with acute head injury were higher than that of controls.There were significant differences of CSF NSE and TNF-α levels among extensively cerebral contusion and laceration group and intracerebral hematoma group and extradural hematoma group.Conclusion:The CSF NSE and TNF-α levels are increased in patients with acute head injury.The altered CSF NSE and TNF-α levels are well correlated with the type and degree of head injury.
