摘要
目的:探讨颅脑损伤患者脑脊液(CSF)中,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量与脑损伤的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定了广泛脑挫裂伤伴脑内血肿、脑挫裂伤、硬膜外小血肿共50例颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中的NSE及TNF-α含量,并与20例非颅脑损伤患者做对比。结果:病例组患者CSF中NSE及TNF-α均高于对照组(P分别<005,001)。广泛脑挫裂伤伴脑内血肿、脑挫裂伤、硬膜外小血肿组间NSE及TNF-α含量有显著性差异(P均<005)。结论:颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中的NSE及TNF-α含量增高,其上升水平与脑损伤类型及损伤程度有关。
Objective:To study the relationship between the degree of brain injury and alteration of CSF NSE and TNF-α levels in patients with acute head injury.Methods:Neuro-specific enolase(NSE)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)were measured by using Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay(ELISA)technique in 50 patients with extensive contusion and laceration of brain, intracerebral hematoma, and extradural hematoma and in 20 controls.Results:The levels of CSF NSE and TNF-α patients with acute head injury were higher than that of controls.There were significant differences of CSF NSE and TNF-α levels among extensively cerebral contusion and laceration group and intracerebral hematoma group and extradural hematoma group.Conclusion:The CSF NSE and TNF-α levels are increased in patients with acute head injury.The altered CSF NSE and TNF-α levels are well correlated with the type and degree of head injury.
