摘要
目的:研究复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钾含量的测定方法和定量分析氯化钾的测定条件。方法:在复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钾浓度分析是通过KCl与NaB(C6H5)4反应生成KB(C6H5)4的反应实现的。用可见分光光度法测定产物四苯硼钾KB(C6H5)4溶胶含量。结果:在pH45醋酸-醋酸钠溶液中测定四苯硼钾溶胶最大吸收在520nm波长。该方法的标准工作曲线线性范围016~100μg/ml(K+),回收率991%,变异系数小于21%,用这种可见分光光度法和药典的重量法定量测定溶液中的氯化钾,两种方法测定KCl含量没有显著差别(P>005)。结论:该方法是溶液中KCl的间接测定法,并有较高的灵敏度。
Objective: To study the method of determining the content of Potassium chloride in compound injection of sodium chloride solution, and to investigate the determining conditions. Methods: The KC1 concentration in compound injection of sodium chloride solution was quantitatively determined through calculation according to the reaction of KC1 with NaB(C 6H 5) 4 to form KB(C 6H 5) 4in water. The product KB(C 6H 5) 4(micellar potassium tetraphenylboron) was determined by visible spectrophotometry at 520nm wavelength. Results:The maximum absorption of the micellar potassium tetraphenylboron was measured at 520nm in the pH 4.5HAC-NaAc solution. The standard working curve of this way was linear within the range of 0.16-10.0μg/ml(K +).The average recovery was 99.1%,with a variation coefficient of less than 2.1%.The potassium chloride in its solution can be determined quantitatively using this visible spectrophotometry and weight method of pharmacopoeia. The difference of KCl content between the two methods was not significant ( P >0.05). Conclusion:The method of indirect determination of KCl in its solution was highly sensitive, accurate and practical.
