彩超引导下穿刺硬化治疗腹腔脏器囊肿体会

目的:探讨彩超引导下经皮穿刺治疗肝、肾、卵巢囊肿的应用价值。方法:2004年10月～2008年10月在彩超引导下穿刺注入无水酒精进行硬化治疗肝、肾、卵巢囊肿312例,共358个囊肿,并对其进行随访。结果:358个囊肿均经硬化治疗,45个囊肿均在3个月内消失,113个囊肿均在6个月内消失,183个囊肿均在1年内消失,15个囊肿在1年6个月内消失,2个较大囊肿未完全消失,其中19个囊肿进行二次硬化治疗,总有效率100%,一次性治愈率94.4%。结论:彩超引导下无水酒精硬化治疗肝、肾、卵巢囊肿,准确性高,痛苦轻,创伤小,疗效显著,费用低,是目前该类疾病首选和最佳的治疗方法。
