氟康唑与二性霉素B对真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效对比

A contral study of Fluconazole and Amphotericin B on treatment of fungal keratitis

为通过对氟康唑和二性霉素Ｂ治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的对照研究，探讨氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果，对４０例真菌性角膜溃疡患者分成甲、乙两组，每组２０例，分别用氟康唑及二性霉素Ｂ（或联合酮康唑）进行治疗。结果：氟康唑组治愈１７例，平均疗程１６．５天，二性霉素Ｂ组治愈９例，平均疗程４６．２天，两组比较治愈率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５；校正ｘ２检验）。结论：氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效优于二性霉素Ｂ。

Objective:To study the effect of fluconazole on fungal keratitis by a case control study of fluconazole and amphotericin B.Methods:40 cases of fungal keratitis were divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group,fluconazole and amphotericin B(or united with ketoconazole)were used for treatment of each group respectively.Results:17 cases were cured of the fluconazole group,and average period was 16 5 days.9 cases were cured of the amphotericin B group,and average perid was 46 2 days.There was a highly significant difference between the two groups(P<0 05;corrective x 2 test)Conclusion:Fluconazole is more effective than amphotericin B on treatment of fungal keratitis.
