摘要
教师专业化发展背景下,通过对我国新修订的《中小学教师职业道德规范》从爱国守法、爱岗敬业、关爱学生、教书育人、为人师表、终身学习等六个方面进行分析,提出了教师专业道德建设的路径。
This paper analyzes the six parts of the new revised edition of the professional moral criterion for the primary and secondary school teachers,which is on the background of the teachers' professionalization development.That is patriotism and law-abiding,loving their work,loving their students,teaching,taking a good example for the society,and life-long learning.On this basis,the paper puts forward some methods on construction of the teachers' professional moral.
