In the Putonghua Proficiency Test（PSC）,the intonation errors have been the focus of academic research and is difficult for examiners to score.The understanding of theoretical basis of？intonation errors should be based on interlanguage.During the course of scoring,dialect errors should be regarded as main perspective and attention should be paid to systematic study by using determination to judge comprehensively examinees’situation of intonation errors.
