为适应浙江海洋旅游业的快速发展,建设浙江海洋旅游人才培养基地成为浙江旅游业全面融入长三角、改善浙江省旅游人才现状的必要之举措;而依托地方高校在人才培养、师资队伍、科研等方面的优势,是建设海洋旅游人才培养基地的有效途径。高校应树立正确定位,充分发挥政府、企业和行业的作用,完善培养思路。

To meet the rapid development of Zhejiang marine tourism,it has become a necessary measure to construct a training base for Zhejiang marine tourism talents so that Zhejiang tourism industry can fully merge into the Yangtze River Delta and the status of tourism personnel can be improved.It is an effective way for the construction to rely on local colleges and universities in terms of personnel training,teaching staff and researches while the local colleges and universities should establish correct orientation and take advantages of the functions of the government,enterprises and industries.
