甲状腺滤泡肿瘤Ki-67抗原的表达及其与增殖细胞核抗原表达的关系

EXPRESSION OF Ki-67 ANTIGEN IN FOLLICULAR TUMOURS OF THE THYROID AND ITS CORRELATION WITH PCNA EXPRESSION

目的：探讨Ki－67抗原标记指数与良恶性甲状腺滤泡肿瘤间的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学法检测44例常规福尔马林固定，石蜡包埋的甲状腺滤泡肿瘤中的Ki－67抗原的表达。结果；Ki－67抗原阳性细胞标记指数在微浸润型癌（MIFC）、广泛浸润型癌（WIFC）和滤泡腺瘤（FA）中分别是（4．3±3．42）％，（3．5±1．53）％和（0.6±0．39）％，腺瘤与微浸润型癌和广泛浸润型癌之间均有显著性差异（P＜0.05），并且和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在甲状腺滤泡肿瘤中的表达呈明显正相关（γ=0.79，P＜0.01）。结论：Ki－67抗原的表达有助于良恶性甲状腺滤泡肿瘤的鉴别诊断。

To explore the relationship between the labelling index of Ki-67 antigen and follicular car- cinomas and follicular adenomas of the thyroid- Methods: Expression of Ki-67 antigen in 44 thyroid follicular tu- mours specimens routinely fixed in forrnalin and embeded in paraffin were studied by immunohistochemical method. Results: The labelling index of Ki-67 antigen-positive cells in Minimally invasive follicular carcinomas (MIFC), widely invasive follicular carcinomas (WIFC) and follicular adenomas (FA) was (4.3 ±3. 42) %,(3. 5 ±1. 53) % and (0.6 ±0. 39) % respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between FA and MIFC of WIFC (P <0. 05). Expression of Ki-67 antigen was significantly related to the expression of PC-NA (r =0. 79, P <0. 01 ). Conclusions: The examination of Ki-67 is valuable in differential diagnosis of thy-roid follicular tumours.
