视网膜母细胞瘤的彩色多普勒超声诊断

SIGNIFICANCE OF COLOR DOPPLER IMAGING IN DIAGNOSlS OF RETIN-OBLASTOMA

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断视网膜母细胞瘤的应用价值。方法：使用美国Acuson128xp／10、HP8500彩色超声诊断仪检查视网膜母细胞瘤28例（30只眼），正常儿童对照组14例（28只眼），测其视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值、舒张末期的血流速度及阻力指数。结果：视网膜母细胞瘤组视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度及阻力指数较正常组显著升高，舒张末期血流速度较正常组显著降低（P＜0．05）。结论：彩色多普勒超声对视网膜母细胞瘤的诊断有重要价值。

To observe the significance of color Doppler imaging in the diagnosis of retinoblastom-a. Methods:Twenty-eight cases (thirty eyes) of children patient with retinoblastoma and fourteen normal chil-dren (twenty-eight eyes) as control were tested,their peak value of systole,blood stream velocity of diastolic last stage and resistance index of centre arteria of retina were examined by American Acuson 128 xp/10 HP8500 color ultrasonic diagnosis instrument. Results: The blood stream velocity of systolic peak values and resistance index of retina centre arteria of patient group were significantly higher than that of the normal group,but the blwh stream velocity of diastolic last stage of the patient group was significantly lower than that of the normal group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Color Deppler imagining is very useful in the diagnosis of retinoblastoma.
