摘要 应用水资源复合系统理论,通过Delphi与AHP法的结合,构建了包括3层、11个指标的沈阳市水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,确定了各指标的权重,并运用模糊综合评判法对该市水资源的可持续利用情况进行了动态评价。结果表明,沈阳市水资源可持续利用的水平还不高,水资源可持续利用度为0.438,2001年后呈上升趋势。 By applying compound system theory of water resource,through combing Delphi and AHP method,the evaluation index system for sustainable utilization of water resource of Shenyang City was constructed,which included 3 layers and 11 indexes,the weights of various indexes were confirmed and the dynamic evaluation was performed on sustainable utilization condition of water resource of Shenyang City by applying fuzzy integrative evaluation method. The results indicated that the sustainable utilization level of water resource of Shenyang City was still not high,its sustainable utilization degree of water resource was 0.438 and showed increasing trend after 2001.
