不同保鲜液对黄姜花切花保鲜效果的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究Al2(SO4)3和VC(抗坏血酸)等保鲜液对黄姜花(H.flavum Roxb.)切花的保鲜效应,为黄姜花切花保鲜提供科学依据。以黄姜花切花为试材,以不同浓度的Al2(SO4)3、VC和SUC+8-HQC+6-BA保鲜液对黄姜花切花进行瓶插试验,测定黄姜花切花的鲜重变化率,记录其瓶插寿命。试验得出,添加Al2(SO4)3、VC或SUC+8-HQC+6-BA的保鲜液均能使黄姜花花枝的鲜重变化率下降变缓,延长切花的瓶插寿命,提高黄姜花(H.flavum Roxb.)切花瓶插的观赏品质。以处理400mg/LAl2(SO4)3、500mg/LVC和1.0%SUC+250mg/L8-HQC+10mg/L6-BA的保鲜液的保鲜效果最佳,均比对照瓶插寿命延长4~5d。 [Objective] The experiment was carried out to study the preservative effect of Al2(SO4)3,VC on cut flowers of H. flavum Roxb.,so as to supply scientific basis for fresh-keeping of cut flowers of H.flavum Roxb.. [Method] The cut flowers of H. flavum Roxb. were tested with different concentrations of Al2(SO4)3,VC and SUC+8-HQC+6-BA during the vase period,when fresh weight change rate and vase life of cut flowers of H. flavum Roxb. were determined. [Result] The Al2(SO4)3,VC and SUC+8-HQC+6-BA preservatives slowed down the decreasing rate of fresh weight of flowers,prolonged their vase life,improved the viewing quality of the cut flowers. [Conclusion] The treatments of 400 mg/L Al2(SO4)3,500 mg/L VC and 1% SUC + 250 mg/L 8-HQC + 10 mg/L 6-BA were suitable preservative formulations,which all prolonged vase life by 4-5 days compared with the control.
