服务于中西部县域经济的大学生村官职业路径研究

Study on College-graduate Village Official Career Path Serviced for Middle-west County Economy Development

基于人与中西部县域社会生态环境匹配的分析,论述了大学生村官职业发展3条主要路径,即乡镇公务员、中小企业专门人才、自主创业,为保证大学生村官顺利实现职业转换,提出了大学生村官职业路径实现的保证措施。

Based on analysis that people match middle-west social ecological environment,three path for career developing of college-graduate village official were discussed,including turn to county government official,turn to a professional of small and medium-sized enterprise,and self-pioneering enterprise. Finally,some measures were put ward which ensure college-graduate village official career success.
