农村居民健康公平性研究——以迁安市为例

Study on Health Equality of Rural Residents

[目的]从经济收入角度探讨了迁安市居民的健康公平现状,为迁安市优化卫生资源配置提供基础信息及参考依据。[方法]利用2006年迁安市卫生资源配置调查资料,以迁安市农村居民为研究对象,以经济收入作为分层的客观变量,以居民两周患病人次数作为评价健康状况的指标,选用洛伦兹曲线与基尼系数和差异指数法,对迁安市的健康公平性现状进行分析。[结果]Lorenz曲线与公平线比较接近,位于公平线的上方,不同经济收入水平下2周患病人次数的基尼系数分别为0.108355,差异指数ID为0.0735。[结论]不同经济收入水平下的健康状况存在差异,但相对比较公平。

[Objective] The aim was to explore the health equity among the countryside residents in Qian＇an City and provide theory evidences for the government policy and method references to the similar research. [Method] The data was from the medical resource allocation survey in Qian＇an City,the research object was the countryside resident in Qian＇an,economic income was selected to differentiate variables and the two-week disease＇s prevalence rate were selected to evaluate the health equality. Lorenz curve and index of dissimilarity was used to analyze the health equality in difference economic income people. [Result] Lorenz curve was under equity curve and was relatively close with equity lines. Gini coefficient by the Lorenz curve was 0.108 355 and the index of dissimilarity was 0.073 5. [Conclusion] The health in different economic level is relative equity.
