This paper introduces principle, selection of voltage wave, relationship between polarizating technique parameters and treatment effects. And it describes test conditions of polarization treatment which are glueing force test, ageing test, hot deformation test and cold deformation test. It points out that polarization-treating of interior wall of polythene pipe can solves the technical problem of glueing polythene with polyurethance foam.
