摘要
目的:研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)促进小型猪创面修复和对表皮分离细胞培养的量效关系。方法:利用小型猪创伤模型,分别按3个不同浓度的bFGF组(500U/ml、1000U/ml、1500U/ml)处理创面,并用磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)及生理盐水做对照,观察创面愈合情况;同时取相应部位的表皮细胞进行培养,MTT法观察bFGF对猪表皮细胞体外生长的影响。结果:提示1000U/ml及1500U/ml浓度组促创伤修复作用比较明显,体外细胞培养10~50μg/L细胞增殖作用最明显。结论:bFGF对促进小型猪创面修复和对表皮分离细胞培养有一定的量效关系。
Objective:To study the dosage-effect relations of bFGF in promoting wound healing of pigs and culturing dissociated epidermic cells.Methods:The wound models of pigs were treated separately by 3 different concentrations of bFGF,SD-Ag and saline. Dissociated epidermic cells of corresponding sites were cultured and the effects of bFGF were observed using MTT method in vitro.Results:The wound healing effect of the groups of 1 000U/ml and 1 500U/ml bFGF were obvious andin vitro,the growth of epidermic cells were most excellent in 10~50μg/L bFGF.Conclusion:bFGF have obvious dosage-effects in promoting wound healing of pigs and culturing dissociated epidermic cell.
