摘要
目的:探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠血浆ET/NO比值变化及其与胰腺血循环间的关系。方法:用5%牛磺胆酸钠溶液胆胰管注入,诱发大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)模型。动态观察大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)水平、一氧化氮(NO)含量变化,及其与胰腺血流量(PBF)、病理改变间内在联系。结果:AHNP大鼠早期存在显著胰腺缺血和血浆ET、NO的显著升高,ET/NO比值持续增加。结论:血浆ET、NO的改变及ET/NO比值增加,可能介导AHNP大鼠血循环紊乱发病过程。
Objective: To study the changes of plasma ET/NO ratio and their relationship with pancreatic blood flow during acute pancreatitis. Methods: The rat model of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP) was established by injecting 5% sodium taurocholate into the bilepancreatic duct. The changes of plasma endothelin (ET) nitric oxide (NO) were dynamically determined and their relationship to the changes of pancreatic blood flow (PBF) and pancreatic pathology was also observed. Results: In the early stage of AHNP, pancreatic ischemia occurred and plasma level of ET and NO was significantly increased. Consequently ET/NO ratio was progressively increased. Conclusion: The increase of ET and NO level and ET/NO ratio in the plasma might play a part in the pathological changes of AHNP in rats.
