滋养细胞肿瘤几种细胞因子的变化 被引量:2

The Changes of Cytokines in the Patient with Gestational Trophoblastic Tumor

摘要 目的研究滋养细胞肿瘤患者血清中的细胞因子水平,探讨与病因的关系。方法以双抗体、夹心ELISA法检测30例滋养细胞肿瘤患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子及白细胞介素-6、8、10的水平。其中绒毛膜癌18例,侵蚀性葡萄胎12例,并以正常早、中期妊娠妇女28例、正常非孕妇20例作为对照组。结果正常孕妇组IL-6、8、10均高于正常非孕妇组,其中正常孕妇组IL-6和IL-8水平明显升高(P<001),而IL-10水平略升高,无统计学意义。绒癌和侵蚀性葡萄胎患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和IL-10均明显高于正常非孕妇和正常妊娠妇女组(P<001)。结论滋养细胞肿瘤发生过程中存在着免疫功能的紊乱,细胞因子水平与滋养细胞肿瘤的发生相关。 Objective To study the correlation between the serum levels of some cytokines and the pathogenesis in patients with gestational trophoblastic tumor. Methods By using the double-sandwiched ELISA method,TNF-IL-6IL-8 and IL-10 contents in serum were measured in 28 pregnant women,20 non-pregnant healthy women,and 30 cases with gestational trophoblastic tumor among which 18 patients were with choriocarcinoma and 12 patients with invasive mole.WTHZResults IL-6810 were higher in pregnant group than those in the non-pregnant women (P<001),TNF-IL-6IL-8IL-10 were obviously higher in the group with invasive mole and choriocarcinoma than those in pregnant women and non-pregnant health women(P<001). Conclusions This study indicated that all of TNF-IL-6810 may play a role in the formation and the developing process of gestational trophoblastic tumor during which there was disturbance of immune fuction in patients.
