女性肺癌的血管生成和血管内皮生长因子的表达研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究女性非小细胞性肺癌(NSCLC)中微血管密度(MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,并分析其与病理分期、组织类型间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测了40例女性NSCLC外科手术标本中MVD和VEGF表达。其中鳞癌7例,腺癌27例,混合型鳞腺癌6例。外科病理分期为Ⅰ期13例,Ⅱ~Ⅲ期27例。结果(1)37例女性NSCLC中VEGF阳性率平均为78.4%,其中Ⅰ期病例的阳性率为58.3%,Ⅱ~Ⅲ期病例的阳性率为84.0%。VEGF表达在不同病期间无统计学显著差异。(2)40例女性NSCLC中MVD平均为6.7±3.2,最高达15。其中Ⅱ~Ⅲ期病例的MVD(7.5±2.8)明显高于Ⅰ期病例(5.3±2.3),具有统计学显著差异(P<0.01)。(3)MVD与VEGF的表达相关,MVD≥6的女性NSCLC之VEGF阳性率(90.5%)高于MVD<6的女性NSCLC(62.5%),两者差异显著(P<0.025)。结论在女性非小细胞肺癌中,癌细胞高表达VEGF者血管生成活跃,并且MVD增高与病期进展相关。 objective To investigate the microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in female patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and analyze their relationship with stage of disease as well as pathological types. MethodsBZThe expression of VEGF and MVD were examined immunohistochemically in 40 female patients with NSCLC,including 7 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,27 of adenocarcinoma and 6 of adenosquamous carcinoma.Surgical pathology indicated 13 cases in stage and 27 in stage to . ResultsBZ(1)In 37 cases of female NSCLC tested,the incidence of positive staining for VEGF was 78.4%,among which 58.3% in stage and 84.0% in stage .There was no statistically significant difference in the VEGF expression between these two groups.(2)A mean MVD of 6.73. 2 was counted in 40 female NSCLC,with the maximum MVD being 15.There was a significant difference in MVD between stage (7.52.8) and stage (5.32.3) (P<0.01).(3)A significant correlation between MVD and the vascular endothelial growth factorfemaleVEGF expression was established,VEGF expression rate in MVD6 group (90.5%) was significantly higher than that in MVD<6 group (62.5%).This difference in VEGF expression was statistically significant (P<0.025). T5HZConclusion These results indicated that in female NSCLC,the active angiogenesis existed in the tumors with higher expression of VEGF.MVD,as an index of angiogenesis,showed a good correlation with the stage of disease.\;
